What is RaceGoLive?
RaceGoLive is a live tracking platform for running races. It receives the times from the timing software and shows runners in real time on a map, with standings, checkpoints and trophies, without the timing company changing its infrastructure.
What is live tracking in a race?
It is following the runners live during the event: family, spectators and organisers see on a website where each bib is, its split times at every checkpoint and the current standings.
Which timing software does it integrate with?
Today it integrates with the Copernico API. MyLaps, Race Result, ChronoTrack and Macsha are on the product roadmap but not available yet.
Do I need a GPS track or route file?
It is not required. Race Live Timing works with and without a route; if you upload the course as KMZ, KML, GPX, TCX or GeoJSON, the map shows the real course and estimates each runner's position between checkpoints.
What does a spectator see in the live view?
A map with the runners, overall, category and team standings, checkpoint times, trophies and tracking of a specific bib. Each distance of a race has its own web address.
Can I use my own brand and sponsors?
Yes. Each event supports a configurable white label: organiser banner, colours and your own sponsors.
